NHS Health Check

Did you know if you are aged between 40 and 74 years old you are entitled to a free NHS Health Check? This could help identify potential risks early, by having this check and following the advice of your health professional, you can improve your chances of living a healthier life.

The check will take about 20 minutes, if you wish to make an appointment for this please ring 01530 839629 and ask to speak to Helen.
